Some of our users have been getting the following error when trying to vpn in.
The System could not find the phone book entry for this connection.
This seems to happen after a windows 10 feature update.
The fix for us is to copy the folder named Pbk
%AppData%\Microsoft\Network\Connections
To
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Network\Connections
And that fixes the issue.
