Most users have reported that they increased both values by the same amount.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a quick guide on how to do this:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Press\u00a0<strong>Windows key + R<\/strong>\u00a0to open up a\u00a0<strong>Run<\/strong>\u00a0dialog box. Then, in the Run box, type\u00a0<strong>\u201ccontrol.exe\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and hit\u00a0<strong>Enter<\/strong>\u00a0to open up the classic Control Panel interface.<br \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_108434\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-108434\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-59\" src=\"https:\/\/www.davidirwin.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/run-300x159-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"159\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-108434\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Accessing the Control Panel using Run Command<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>Inside\u00a0<strong>Control Panel,<\/strong>\u00a0use the search function in the top-right corner to search for \u201c<strong>Sync Center<\/strong>\u201c. Hit\u00a0<strong>Enter<\/strong>\u00a0to search for it and then click on\u00a0<strong>Sync Center<\/strong>\u00a0from the results.<br \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_109363\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-109363\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-60\" src=\"https:\/\/www.davidirwin.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/run2-300x126-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"126\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-109363\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Accessing the Sync Center via Control Panel<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>Next, click on\u00a0<strong>Manage Offline Files<\/strong>\u00a0from the left-hand side menu.<\/li>\n<li>Then, from the\u00a0<strong>Offline files<\/strong>\u00a0window, go to the\u00a0<strong>Disk Usage<\/strong>\u00a0tab and click the\u00a0<strong>Change limits<\/strong>\u00a0button. When prompted by the\u00a0<strong>UAC(User Account Control)<\/strong>, click\u00a0<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u00a0to grant administrative privileges.<br \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_109364\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-109364\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-61\" src=\"https:\/\/www.davidirwin.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/run3-300x251-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"251\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-109364\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Changing limits<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>From the next screen, raise both the Maximum amount of space all offline files can use and the Maximum amount of space temporary files can use.
